The Goal

The goal of the Center is to disseminate information and expert knowledge of scientists, researchers, retired military officers and the like to targeted audiences involved in national and military security issues.  These audiences may comprise of any of the following: scientists, professionals, government employees, as well as the media, students and anyone else interested in this subject.

 

Objectives

• Comprehend and conceptualize experiences of modern warfare and to learn from history
• Analyze impartially the military, political and technological aspects of the Greater Middle East’s modern military operations and political processes with respect to the RA and the NKR․
• Disseminate information to target audiences in areas of new military strategies, tactical innovations, advanced technological developments as well as develop tools and strategies for hypothetical scenarios․
• Create a tradition of acquiring knowledge from the best modern practices in order to improve the level of professionalism within the military particularly within the command staff․

Our employees are professionals with work experience in the military, politics and military technology. The Center is completely nonpartisan.  Its work is specifically designed to be easily comprehendible and aims to be the utmost ergonomic.
