ORGANIZATION AND CONTROL OF SLEEP DURING COMBAT MISSIONS
An analysis of the results of the assessment of the psychophysiological parameters of the soldiers with account of the intensity of their combat missions, indicates that up to 80% of military personnel have trouble with sleeping.Sleep is an important physiological process during which brain activity is restored and information is processed. It can be compared to daily self-diagnosis and maintenance of the body.
The high duration and dynamics of combat missions require a vital concentration of military personnel's attention and maintaining their optimal performance, including in conditions of limited rest.
